Yalda Night 2017

Dear ICSW Members and Friends The Executive Committee of the Iranian Cultural Society of Wellington (ICSW), in collaboration with Iranian Club of VUW are pleased to invite you to the traditional Yalda (the longest night of the year) Celebration. The last day for paying entry fees: Sunday 18 June (unless sold out priorly) Iranian Club (IC) will top up the ticket fee for a maximum of 20 VUW students. This top up will be applied to those who pay the fee for their subsidised ticket to IC bank account. More details on Iranian Club Facebook Group. Entry Fees:

Let’s gather to cleanse ourselves of all the misfortunes and impurities of the past year and get ready to welcome the new year. When: Tuesday 14 March 2017 starting around 8 pm. The last day for paying entry fees: Wednesday 21 September (unless sold out priorly) For your convenience, we are now offering ICSW event tickets and annual membership through Online Shopping platform. In this way, once you create an account you no longer need to provide your details via RSVP forms repeatedly. Moreover, you can pay directly during checkout using POLi Payment method. You may pay your annual membership and Mehregan entry fees (as Member) at the same time. Please print your ticket and bring it along to the venue.  Dear members and friends of the Iranian Cultural Society of Wellington You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Iranian Cultural Society of Wellington (ICSW) for 2016. WHEN: Sunday 22 May 2016, 2 pm WHERE: Cotton Building, CO350 Victoria University Tentative Agenda: 1. Approval of the minutes of the AGM 2015 2. President’s Report 3. Treasurer’s Report 4. Open discussions 5. Election of the new Executive Committee (between 5 and 7 members) 6. Refreshments Please suggest any other issues you would like to be included in the agenda via return email by at least one week before the AGM date. A reminder including the Final Agenda, president’s and treasurer’s reports will be sent out before the AGM. According to the ICSW Constitution, only fully paid up members of the society may nominate, be nominated, or get elected to the Executive Committee. Membership of all existing members have expired as of 31 March 2016. If you haven’t done so already, please pay your membership fees as soon as possible, but certainly before the AGM, to reap the full benefits of your membership.
