Dear members and friends of the Iranian Cultural Society of Wellington

You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Iranian Cultural Society of Wellington (ICSW) for 2016.

WHEN: Sunday 22 May 2016, 2 pm

WHERE: Cotton Building, CO350 Victoria University

Tentative Agenda:

1. Approval of the minutes of the AGM 2015

2. President’s Report

3. Treasurer’s Report

4. Open discussions

5. Election of the new Executive Committee (between 5 and 7 members)

6. Refreshments

Please suggest any other issues you would like to be included in the agenda via return email by at least one week before the AGM date. A reminder including the Final Agenda, president’s and treasurer’s reports will be sent out before the AGM.

According to the ICSW Constitution, only fully paid up members of the society may nominate, be nominated, or get elected to the Executive Committee.

Membership of all existing members have expired as of 31 March 2016. If you haven’t done so already, please pay your membership fees as soon as possible, but certainly before the AGM, to reap the full benefits of your membership.

You may pay your annual membership fees (Individuals $15, Students $10, and Families $35) to the ICSW ANZ Bank Account 06 0583 0236698 00.
