Dear ICSW members and friends
You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Iranian Cultural Society of Wellington (ICSW) for 2017.
WHEN: Sunday 21 May 2017, 2 pm
WHERE: Cotton Building, CO350 Victoria University
Tentative Agenda:
1. Approval of the minutes of the AGM 2016
2. President’s Report
3. Treasurer’s Report
4. Open discussions
5. Election of the new Executive Committee (between 5 and 7 members)
Please suggest any other issues you would like to be included in the agenda via return email by at least one week before the AGM date. A reminder including the Final Agenda, president’s and treasurer’s reports will be sent out before the AGM.
If you decide to nominate yourself for the Executive Committee or you would like to get involved in volunteering, but you are not sure exactly what you would like to do, please click below to find the sort of activities you are interested in undertaking.
